At Vessel, our goal is to be as efficient as possible so you can enjoy your newly purchased goods! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in our product descriptions.

When the order is processed, we will send you a notification that your order has been shipped. 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $175 IN CANADA + US

The discount will automatically come into affect when your cart is over $175 before tax. All orders are mailed via Canada Post within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment. This offer applies to all orders shipped within Canada and the United States.  Any item(s) excluded from this offer are indicated so on the item page.

 

LOCAL ORDERS

If you live in Toronto, Canada you can avoid shipping fees and wait times by selecting the shipping option “Toronto Local Pick-Up”. We will send you an email with pick-up details from our Downtown office when the package is ready. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are working on getting this set up, please email us at hello@vesselhomegoods.com to make an international order. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
