RETURNS

We will happily accept items unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within 14 days from the date that the shipment was received. If you live outside Canada, the merchandise must be received within 30 business days from the date that the shipment was received. 

Please note that we do not accept returns for fragrances, gift cards or made-to-order pieces.

ALL discounted items are final sale.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vesselhomegoods.com with the details of your return along with your order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
