At Vessel, we want your new purchase to carry your life.  We curate our collections with the intention of bringing beauty and function into your everyday routine. If you don't feel that your new item(s) is serving its purpose, we are happy to return your purchase.

 

CANADIAN RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns and exchange within Canada are free! Please email us at hello@vesselhomegoods.com with the details of your return or claim within 7 days of the delivery date.  We will send you a shipping label to initiate the shipment. Please pack items properly and insure its safe arrival. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. 

Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your package. Please allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.

 

UNITED STATES RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange or return any unused merchandise, please email us at hello@vesselhomegoods.com within 7 days of the delivery date to notify us of your exchange/return. Unfortunately, we do not cover the the mailing cost of the return package. 

Please pack items properly and insure its safe arrival. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please let us know within 48 hours of its arrival and include photos of the packaging and the product.
